You are eligible for a full refund as long as you are within the 60 day period from which you made your purchase. If you chose to receive DVDs you are required to acquire an RMA number form customer service before making the return. To request an RMA number please send an email to or just start a new trouble ticket. Please be sure to include your name, the email you used to place the order when returning when contacting support for an RMA number. 

Once we receive your DVDs, we will issue a a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to post to your account and you will be notified once your refund has been issued.
