How do I cast my workouts from the website to my television using ChromeCast?
Step 1
Open up a Google Chrome browser from your laptop or computer and go to BodyFX.com
Click LOGIN
Step 2
Enter your registered email address and password.
Step 3
You have access to your Body FX Home Fitness account.
Step 4
Once you select your video to play, clock the Cast Button Icon on the bottom right of the video and select ChromeCast to start casting.
Step 5
You are now casting your workout video on your tv.
Step 6
To discontinue casting from your computer to the television click the Chrome Browser cast tab on the top right and click on ChromeCast to stop casting. The video will then return to your computer.
