You are eligible for a full refund less shipping as long as you are within the 60 day period from which you made your purchase.
If you chose to purchase DVDs, you are required to acquire an RMA number from customer service before making the return. To request an RMA number please send an email to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your name, the email you used to place the original order and the item you would like to return when contacting support. Once we receive your DVDs, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to post to your account and you will be notified once your refund has been issued.
