You can replace any meat for meat. This includes fish such as salmon, catfish, halibut, snapper, flounder, tilapia, or turkey, chicken, veal, pork or beef. You can also replace it with a different form of protein like low-fat cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, eggs or Protein FX.
