You do not have to submit advertising for approval, however, the rules for using our intellectual property remain in place. A Figure 8 Instructor must be an active PRO member, and only has the right to use the approved Figure 8 artwork (logo, posters, flyers, and like intellectual property) to advertise their class, and nothing more. You can NEVER, whether a PRO member or not, use the logo to create gear, videos, or other proprietary information for sale. The use of the logo for a Figure 8 PRO is for the purpose of marketing yourself, only. The logo, along with any Figure 8, Figure 8 PRO and/or Body FX material may not be altered in any way.
