The 6-Minute Body system is comprised of 29 individual routines, each one designed to target a specific region, or regions, of the body. Routines vary from 6 minutes each, to as quick as 1-minute. The aim is to select the routine, or routines, then perform them in succession. In essence, you are personalizing your workouts to fit your time frames, and fitness needs.
