The challenge workouts range from 20-60 minutes. You have four workout options each day, so if you’re short on time, choose a shorter one! As far as food goes, we recommend setting aside an hour or two per week to meal prep. This way your food is ready to go and all you have to do is reheat. You’ll receive your Grocery Lists with the daily menus ahead of time so you can prepare.
